2020 was the year the world went virtual. Of all industries affected, music, especially new and emerging artists, must have been among the hardest hit. The notion of live music in a small, confined venue, feels like ancient history.
But yet, there was no shortage of kick-ass new records. Many, I suppose, were projects in the pipeline before things came to grinding halt. Many others may have been born of extra time on our hands. Some may prove to be the artist’s final sign-off, as the realities of survival drive other moves.
If you’re reading this and have any available time, resources, or band width to support new and emerging artists, I can’t think of a better, or more pivotal time to do so. Even if it’s just a click on a youtube link.
I do not own any of these images, if your image is shown and you object, I'll take it down. This blog makes me no money. My only goal is to help artists and fans connect.
